Our trainers will take you through your assessment and test protocols to help you identify those imbalances so that your workouts are more productive. From this session a program will be designed to guide you through the five components of fitness.
Stretching and Flexibility are essential components of any complete fitness program. It is as critical as Aerobic Conditioning, Strength Training, Strength Endurance and Nutrition. Improved flexibility helps to prevent injuries, enhance performance and creates balance within oneself.
