The most popular class is Zumba (5 classes per week). It is a high-energy dance class

to Latin music – think of Carnival in Rio –

yes, that type of music - just with more clothes on!

There is some choreography, but the

steps are fairly easy to master with a little practice. One of the best things about

taking Zumba class is you are having fun while burning 500 to 700 calories in just one hour. It is great exercise that doesn’t quite seem like exercise.

We also offer a Body Sculpt class which is exercising to music with hand weights. This is a full body workout (literally head-to-toe) designed to tone and strengthen all muscle groups: shoulders, chest, back, arms, quads, glutes, hamstring, calf, abdominal and lower back.

Kickboxing is on Tuesday nights. Think of the Billy Blanks videos with lots of kicking and striking. This is a high-intensity class to energizing music. You will be tired and breathing hard at the end of this class.

We recently added a BOOT CAMP class. This class is very intense and only 45 minutes long. It combines weight training with calisthenics to increase muscular endurance, strength, balance, and agility.

Classes are open to members and non-members. Naturally, the non-member rates are a little higher.

Members can buy *10 sessions for $50 or Drop-in on a “space-available basis” for $10 per class. They can also purchase unlimited classes for one year for $180.

Non-members can buy *10 sessions for $80 or Drop-in on a “space-available basis” for $12 per class.

*Note that classes are purchased for 10 consecutive weeks in a row (same class, same time each week). Make-ups normally not offered.
